Products can be delivered within a specified timeframe, with next-day delivery available for orders placed during designated hours.
User Registration and Account: a. Users may establish accounts by providing their mobile phone number and undergoing a secure verification process. b. During registration, we collect and store users' mobile phone numbers. c. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
Purchases and Payments: a. Users can peruse and select products via the search function, category pages, and promotional sections. b. The sole payment method available is cash on delivery. c. Pricing, including taxes and delivery fees, are itemized during the checkout process. d. Refund and return policies vary by seller. LEUNLEUN App disclaims any liability for damaged items. Customers must resolve issues directly with the respective sellers.
Privacy and Data Handling: a. User data is collected and processed for order fulfillment, customer support, and analytical purposes. b. Personal and payment information is diligently secured and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use and Guidelines: a. Users agree to employ the App strictly for lawful and ethical purposes. b. Prohibited activities encompass any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate terms, engage in fraudulent practices, or reverse-engineer the App.

Payments and Fees: a. Sellers shall receive payments for their products through the app's designated payment gateway. b. Funds shall be remitted to the seller's designated bank account pursuant to the app's established payment schedule.
Privacy and Data Handling: a. Seller data, encompassing store particulars and transaction history, is gathered for order processing, customer support, and analytical purposes. b. The handling and protection of personal and payment information adhere stringently to the guidelines elucidated in our Privacy Policy.
App Usage Guidelines: a. Sellers are under obligation to transact business on the app consistent with equitable and ethical practices. b. Sellers shall supply precise and veracious information about their products and ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.
Liabilities and Disclaimers: a. The app bears no accountability for any actions taken by sellers, encompassing the quality of products, veracity of information, or conflicts between sellers and customers. b. Sellers are exclusively liable for addressing customer inquiries, grievances, refunds, and returns concerning their products.
Termination and Account Management: a. Seller accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of breaches of these Terms, non-adherence to app policies, sale of prohibited items, or engagement in fraudulent conduct. b. AFFILIATE INFLUENCER TERMS AND CONDITIONS - LEUNLEUN APP

Welcome to the LEUNLEUN Affiliate Influencer Program ("the Program"). Before enrolling as an affiliate influencer, please thoroughly review these Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from joining the Program.
Introduction and Acceptance: By enrolling as an affiliate influencer in the LEUNLEUN App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms.
Definitions:
"App" refers to the LEUNLEUN mobile application.
"Affiliate Influencer" refers to an individual enrolled in the Program to promote products and earn commissions.
"Company" refers to LEUNLEUN and its associated entities.
Affiliate Registration and Account: a. Affiliates enroll in the Program by accessing the "Become an Influencer" section in app settings and completing the registration form. b. Required information includes the influencer's name, social account login, content description, and phone number.
Commission Structure: a. Affiliates earn commissions ranging from 1-10% based on the sale value, contingent on the product. b. Commission rates may vary for different product categories or types.
Link Generation and Usage: a. Affiliates' unique affiliate links are automatically generated for each product in the app. b. Affiliates are permitted to share links on websites, social media, emails, and other platforms, provided it aligns with ethical standards and does not negatively impact the brand or app image.
Product Promotion: a. Affiliates are expected to promote products ethically, maintaining high moral standards and preserving the brand and app image. b. Prohibited activities include making false claims, engaging in misleading advertising, or misrepresenting products.
Sales Tracking and Reporting: a. Affiliate sales are tracked and attributed through the Influencer dashboard. b. Reporting mechanisms include data on clicks, views, sales, and commissions.
Payment and Payouts: a. Earned commissions are disbursed to the affiliate's registered bank account. b. Payments are processed subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100.
Code of Conduct and Ethics: a. Affiliates are expected to maintain ethical and professional standards when promoting products. b. Prohibited activities encompass spamming, unethical behavior, and inappropriate acts.
Termination and Account Management: a. Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, disruption of brand or app image, or unlawful activities. b. To deactivate or close accounts, affiliates should contact customer support.
Intellectual Property: a. Affiliates may use LEUNLEUN's name and logo for non-copyrighted activities, solely to promote app downloads. b. Altering promotional materials in a manner that constitutes false advertising is prohibited.
Liabilities and Disclaimers: a. Affiliates are solely responsible for the content they create and any claims made. b. LEUNLEUN acts as a mediator and disclaims liability for affiliate promotions or activities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. b. Disputes shall be resolved in Cambodia, with LEUNLEUN empowered to take appropriate actions.
Modification of Terms: a. Affiliates shall be notified of changes or updates to the Terms through notifications.
